It has been a long wait from one game to the next for the Reds, but that finally comes to an end today in the first league match since September 3.
Liverpool came through the international break unscathed and, in fact, saw three senior players return to training in a welcome boost on the injury front.
With this the first of 13 games in the space of seven weeks, it’s a trend we need to keep seeing as Klopp will need to call upon the full depth of his squad to set new foundations for the season.
But for now, Brighton has Liverpool’s full attention – time to get to it!
