Incoming business often dominates headlines but Liverpool have been savvy operators when it comes to outgoings too, reeling in 10 of their 15 highest sales since 2016.
The clamour in the transfer window always centres around who the next player to arrive will be but for many clubs, they are funded by those they cash in on.
For Liverpool, they’ve proven to be expert negotiations on either side of the table and have commanded hefty fees for a number of players over the last decade or two.
