Marcus Rashford is edging closer to signing a new deal at Manchester United.
Talks have been ongoing for the last few months regarding an extension to Rashford’s contract, with all kinds of figures being touted in the media.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has confirmed Rashford is unhappy at the reports of the mega money salary requests that have been suggested.

“Marcus Rashford was not happy with recent reports of “crazy” salary requests,” said Romano.
However, Romano says Rashford is happy at the club and he feels success is on it’s way, after a season of progress under the new regime.
“He’s understood to be really happy with how things are developing at Man Utd and feels success is around the corner,” Romano added.
Romano then revealed further talks are planned for the near future and confirmed Rashford is loving life under Erik ten Hag.

Rashford is enjoying his most prolific campaign at United, having scored 28 goals so far this season.
Ten Hag’s faith in Rashford was evident from the start of his tenure, with the Dutchman saying he felt the Englishman has the ability to become one of the best players in the world.
Rashford has paid his manager’s confidence back ten-fold so far and it’s surely just a matter of time before an extension is announced.
In the meantime, Rashford will be desperate to add further glory to United’s season as they face an exciting end to the campaign, fighting in two cup competitions as well battling to finish in the top four of the Premier League.
