Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Manchester United’s Donny van de Beek will return to Old Trafford at the end of the season, following the expiry of his loan spell at Eintracht Frankfurt.
Van de Beek joined Frankfurt in January to escape his troubles in England and to go somewhere where he would be guaranteed of significant first-team minutes.
However, it has not been smooth sailing in Germany for the midfielder, whose struggles to revive his career show no signs of slowing down.
