It is particularly harsh on Fred, who put in an outstanding performance against Spurs in midweek.
As expected, Cristiano Ronaldo is not in the squad after being dropped as a disciplinary measure for refusing to take the field against Spurs.
David de Gea is in goal.
The back four are Diogo Dalot, Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez and Luke Shaw, all of whom have been in excellent form.
Joining Eriksen in midfield is Casemiro.
Antony, Bruno Fernandes and Jadon Sancho are thw attacking midfielders, with Marcus Rashford leading the line again.
There is still no sign on the bench of long-term absentees Anthony Martial, Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka or Donny van de Beek.
Martin Dubravka is once again missing and has not featured at all so far during his loan from Newcastle.
The bench comprises Tom Heaton, Victor Lindelof, Tyrell Malacia, Scott McTominay, Fred, Anthony Elanga, Facundo Pellistri, Zidane Iqbal and Alejandro Garnacho.
Kick off at Stamford Bridge is at 5.30pm.
