This bombshell revelation comes as a picture of the 29-year-old and his agent surfaced on social media which showed them at a restaurant near Aston Villa’s training ground.
Maguire is clearly seen in the photo, sporting a black cap.

Since Erik ten Hag’s arrival at the club, Maguire has been relegated to a secondary role.
The Dutch coach has shown a clear preference for the centre-back partnership of Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane.
After the resumption of club football, Maguire has fallen further down the pecking order. The United manager has repeatedly deployed Luke Shaw as the left-centre-back.
Shaw, naturally a left-back, has excelled there, right next to Varane. Shaw has earned numerous plaudits for his performances.
Initially, Ten Hag said that Shaw was filling that role with Maguire recovering from an illness.
It however soon became apparent that Shaw is a much better option in Ten Hag’s eyes compared to Maguire.
The Englishman’s situation has seemingly become more untenable after a report detailed that the Red Devils are looking to sign Axel Disasi.
Rio Ferdinand recently advised Maguire to look for a move elsewhere and it seems like the United man listened.
