Manchester United loanee Eric Bailly, who is currently with Olympique de Marseille, was today sent off in the fifteenth minute in the Coup de France.
Bailly produced a kung-fu kick that squarely connected with a Hyeres player on the chest.
Bailly’s karate king challenge left Moussa N’Diaye in dire condition.
The result was that N’Diaye had to be stretchered off and taken to the hospital in an ambulance for further treatment.
The Ivorian on the other hand was given his marching orders with his participation in the game coming to a premature end.

Bailly’s loan spell at Marseille has been relatively successful but has been hindered by injury.
Recently, former Ivory Coast manager Patrice Beaumelle remarked that the United man can become one of the world’s best defenders if he can shake off his fitness problems.
Beaumelle said, “If he isn’t bothered by muscular issues, he is, for me, one of the best defenders in the world. An exceptional player.”
“He showcases a monstrous power, an ease, he’s really quick, he’s hard in the challenge, always in the right place. He has everything.”
“If he manages to play a month non-stop, we’ll be able to see him at his highest level.”
Bailly’s sending off however did little to derail Marseille’s chances of winning the game.
The French giants won by two goals to nil with former United man, Alexis Sanchez on the scoresheet.
Sanchez converted a dubious penalty just before half-time to give Marseille the lead against their opposition.
A 70th-minute second goal from Bamba Dieng ensured Marseille ran away with the victory. Hopefully, N’Diaye is okay and makes a full recovery.
